Certified LeSS Basics
Introduction
Are you currently working on a product that is developed by multiple teams? Are you struggling with the specific challenges and inefficiencies that multi-team development inevitably brings? Would you like to gain clarity on why these issues persist and receive practical guidance on how to enact real change?
You’ve come to the right place! LeSS is a proven organizational design system for scaling agile development across many teams without sacrificing the flexibility and speed typical of small companies and startups.
Our trainers:
- have already applied LeSS and its principles in several companies and lived with the consequences of their decisions, often for several years
- have 20 years of experience in the industry in various roles within companies
- are certified by the authors of LeSS themselves and are in direct contact with them
We do not offer this course publicly; it serves as supplemental training for deeper changes within a company and is usually planned together with coaching for teams and entire product groups. If you are looking for standalone training and want to understand LeSS in depth, we recommend taking the Certified LeSS Practitioner or Certified LeSS for Executives courses.
