Sparring Partner

In a leadership position you make high-impact decisions — and few people in the company share your perspective. There isn’t a second CTO in the company. I serve as an independent thinking partner for technical leaders: someone who has seen similar situations in dozens of companies and can give you feedback on your ideas before you start implementing them.

Typical topics include organisational changes, technology decisions, process choices, people questions — or simply the need to think through a situation with someone outside the company who isn’t bound by its politics. Drawing on experience from past companies only goes so far; the value of an independent perspective from someone who has seen dozens of similar situations is different in kind.

Consultations usually take place in 1:1 format, for example once a week, and are adapted to your current needs.
