In a leadership position you make high-impact decisions — and few people in the company share your perspective. There isn't a second CTO in the company. I serve as an independent thinking partner for technical leaders: someone who has seen similar situations in dozens of companies and can give you feedback on your ideas before you start implementing them.

Technical Coaching

Your team is using AI tools, but the results at the team level aren't improving much. That's not surprising — writing code faster without solid foundations means faster accumulation of technical debt and more overhead in code reviews. I teach teams techniques like TDD, refactoring, and test automation, which form the foundation of sustainable development. And when introducing AI into development, I make sure it improves the outcomes of the whole team, not just the individual speed of a single developer.

Relief from Overload

Can't keep up? Your development team is constantly under pressure. Both they and you would like them to take a breather, have time to organize their thoughts and refactor some code. But it's not possible. So many requirements are pouring in from the rest of the company that you can't afford to ease up for at least a few more months. There must be some way to get off this merry-go-round.
